Major projects and hiring contractors is a nerve-wracking and 'iffy' situation. A.J. showed from the beginning that he would work hard with professionalism and concern for the entire project. I was not home during much of the process, but my neighbors remarked how impressed they were with the hard-working crews. A.J. and the project manager, Antonio, were very diligent, knowledgeable, and concerned for all areas of this remodel. They made sure all concerns were addressed and all questions answered. I would recommend Alamo Pool Builders for anyone having issues, of any kind, with their in-ground pool. Excellent crews...Electrical, Plumbing, Demo and Install all did great work and even finished ahead of schedule. Thanks to A.J. and all the crews. I would definitely use this company again.
AJ Rodriguez, of Alamo Pool Builders, is an excellent listener, and he provided a design we liked in a timely manner. He demonstrated flexibility listening to our feedback and then improving the design to meet our expectations. My wife's concern was to have a large spa. AJ was the only contractor who really listened to her desires and came up with a design to meet her needs.
Even with rain delays, the time frame set forth on the contract was met, and AJ kept us informed during the entire process. Anytime we had questions, AJ would either answer the phone or return calls promptly, including during evening hours and on weekends.
The equipment installed and quality of work are top notch. To top it off, Alamo's pricing is competitive
